The Yukon is a beautiful place, not many people but lots of hills, mountains, trees, flowers and sand. We stopped just past Whitehorse for lunch, sat on the shore at the Marsh Lake Damn. Dad even threw a line in - no fish tho!
We camped on an old road right by the Rancheria River. Extremely beautiful, the river water was so clear.
Very pretty...the water does look clear...I bet it is cold too! Shame your Dad didn't catch any fish.
