Spent the day exploring the area. Hot Springs were beautiful and warm but kinda smelly. Went for a drive and saw some amazing scenery, and a black bear!
Had a fire at our campsite and then watched as a herd of buffalo sauntered through!!

ReplyDeleteJust in tonight from catching 71 nighthawk birds...amazing. However none are the ones that had the transmitters placed on them 2 years ago. We will try again tomorrow night.
The hot springs looks amazing...I'd like a dip right now. I think I would deal with the smelliness to enjoy the warm water...what a long boardwalk!
Nice fire...but seriously you had bison saunter through...not sure I would have been so calm about that.
Very neat you saw a bear today...we saw lots of bear scat today...but not the producer!
